our facilities
culinary incubator
Lemon & Sage is a culinary incubator designed to help you find your place in our local food industry. Our facilities are available 24/7, are approved by the Utah Department of Agriculture and the Utah County Health Department, and are intended for multiple uses: production of food for commercial sale, pop-up restaurants, cooking classes, lunch service, food truck commissary, etc. If it’s food related, we can do it!
main floor
Our main floor facilities are comprised of four work stations equipped with commercial grade gas ovens, heavy-duty gas stove tops, counter space and worktables, food prep sinks, and commercial hoods. There is a shared prep-area with access to a triple sink, proofer, double deck convection ovens, cooling racks, 20-qt mixer, some small wares, production refrigerator/freezer, and countertop work space. Onsite fridge, freezer, and dry storage is also located on the main floor.
Upstairs
Our upstairs facilities are comprised of four work stations equipped with gas ranges just like those you’d find at home. They also have counter space, worktables, food prep sinks, and commercial hoods. There is a shared prep-area with access to a triple sink, countertop work space, and a refrigerator/freezer. The upstairs kitchen space is roomier and homier, making it the ideal place to hold cooking classes and other fun events.
Market & Loft
In addition to the kitchens, Lemon & Sage provides a downstairs marketplace to test your products, and a loft with tables and seating for 16. Hold private tastings, luncheons, classes, or pop-up restaurants in our space!

Private Event Rentals
Hosting a smaller event? You can rent our upstairs kitchens and loft for only $35-$95 per hour! Host your own Cupcake Wars birthday party, an intimate bridal or baby shower, private dinner party, holiday get together, corporate offsite, or date night! (Click the "Book Now" button below for options.)
At $95 per hour, you’ll get the use of our loft space, four kitchen stations, and a prep area–including equipment and dishes! Available any day of the week provided no other events are scheduled. (A minimum of 2 hours required. Please contact us if additional hours are needed.)
We offer a unique setting for you and your guests, along with access to our fully equipped upstairs kitchen stations. Our customers love the atmosphere, the intimate and unique setting, and convenient location right on Main Street.
