Our Story
Lemon & Sage Market was founded in 2015 out of a desire to provide opportunities for small food businesses to flourish.
Located in Springville, Utah!

We strive to offer a combination of quality and value that can only come from local artisans, chefs, and skilled cooks, working with the finest ingredients to create dishes, condiments, and baked goods for their own community--an alternative to mass-produced, processed food.

Our Kitchens & Bakery were created to help locals launch small food businesses, while the Market was created as a place where customers can confidently pick up a healthy and ready-made dinner for the family, a loaf of fresh-baked sourdough bread, or unique, gourmet food gifts.
Approved Commercial Kitchens
Our kitchens are certified by the Utah Department of Agriculture & Utah County Health Department for commercial food production.
Private Event Rentals Available
Our kitchens are also open to individuals holding private events like cooking classes or parties, or prepping food for their own use.
