Kids' Class: Perfect Pie Crust

In this one-hour, hands-on class, kids will learn the secrets to making perfect, flaky pie crusts. We’ll start with a live demo showing how to mix and roll out dough, line a pie tin, crimp edges, and create beautiful double crusts with lattice tops and decorative cutouts. Each participant will get their own pie tin and pre-rolled dough to practice with, and will take home their finished crust along with a worksheet full of recipes, tips, and tricks to use again and again—just in time for Thanksgiving and the holidays! **Recommended for ages 8+.
